You Receive a Code
Once the rider picks up your item from the seller, we instantly send a unique 6-digit OTP to your phone.
Inspect Your Package
When the rider arrives, inspect the package to ensure it is what you ordered and is in good condition.
Hand Over the OTP
If you are satisfied, give the 6-digit OTP to the rider. This serves as your digital signature that the delivery was successful!
Important: Never share your 6-digit delivery OTP over the phone. Only give the code to the rider face-to-face once you have your item in hand.
